The Leucistic Kickstarter Skin (also known as the White Dragon Skin) is an exclusive skin colour reward for all Kickstarter backers who pledged for the $100 "White Dragon" tier, as well as any higher tier that included the skin, during Day of Dragons Kickstarter campaign. This skin is the rarest dragon skin you can start with, as there were only 1,000 keys total available in the Kickstarter Campaign.
Owners of the leucistic skin are capable of selecting this skin from their main menu upon spawning, and it is useable in any playable dragon species. Non-Kickstarter backers can also obtain the exclusive white skin via nesting if one or both of their parents are that skin. However, only owners of the leucistic skin can apply shimmer to it.
This skin is not the same as Light Elemental Skin and it does not appear in the Elementals' character selection screen.
