Basic gameplay[edit | edit source]
Dragons[edit | edit source]
Hatchling to Adult[edit | edit source]
Your job is to survive and grow until adulthood. Meters on the bottom right of the screen show your hunger (red), health (green), and thirst (blue). The bar in the center of that display is locked until you grow into an adult. You can drink water from any river or lake that you see, allowing you to fill the thirst bar. Similarly, you can eat any prey you kill, or even dead dragons. Once you survive for a certain amount of time, dependent on your species, but usually within 1-3 hours; your dragon will reach maturity.
Adult to Alpha[edit | edit source]
This feature is currently unavailable, and as such details may change.
As an adult you gain your elemental ability, and, if you're female, the ability to lay eggs via nesting. Once an egg is laid, a male dragon of the same species must imprint on it to start the incubation process. During said process, the egg has to be periodically sprayed with the dragons element, or it will become unable to hatch.
You can also grow further to become an Alpha Dragon, but while you still need to eat, drink, and not die; surviving for a set amount of time won't be enough to become an Alpha. Currently, specific steps are unknown, but check back here in the future (Alpha stage won't be accessible until Early Access). You can also search on the specific page for the dragon, wyvern, or drake that you play as.
Elementals[edit | edit source]
This feature is currently unavailable, and as such details may change.
As an elemental, your only food source are the dragons. You must find them and hunt them down if you wish to survive. More is not known at this time.
Unlock process for the elementals is not known at this time.
